This attitude separates people from God and causes many problems in life. Although every person has tremendous potential for good, all of us are marred by an attitude of disobedience toward God called “sin”. People are the supreme object of God’s creation. People are made in the image of God, to be like Him in character and carry out His mission in the world. As Christians, we seek to live under His empowerment and direction daily.Ģ Corinthians 3:17 John 16:7-13, 14:16,17 Acts 1:8 1 Corinthians 2:12, 3:16 Ephesians 1:13 Galatians 5:25 Ephesians 5:18 He gives gifts to believers to be used for the mission of Christ. He provides the Christian with power for living, understanding of spiritual truth, and guidance in doing what is right. He also lives in every Christian from the moment of salvation.

The Holy Spirit is present in the world to make people aware of their need for Jesus Christ. He ascended to Heaven’s glory and will return again someday to earth to reign as King of Kings and Lord of Lords. He arose from the dead after three days to overcome sin and death. Jesus Christ was born of the Virgin Mary, lived a sinless human life, offered Himself as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of all people by dying on a cross. Jesus Christ is the incarnation of the second person of the Trinity. These three are co-equal and are one God. He has eternally existed in three persons the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

God is the Creator and Ruler of the universe. Because it is inspired by God, it is the truth without any mixture of error.Ģ Timothy 3:16 2 Peter 1:20,21 2 Timothy 1:13 Psalm 119:105, 160, 12:6, Proverbs 30:5 It is the supreme source of truth for Christian beliefs and living. It was written by human authors, under the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit. We Go: “ We go make Jesus known.” Our calling is clear, make Jesus known the world. We give freely of our time, talent, and treasure. When we consider what Jesus did for us, giving takes on a whole new meaning. We Give: “ We love to give.” Jesus is our model for generosity. Our hope is that everyone at Brave is involved in a group. We also believe life is truly better together. When it comes to growing in our faith we believe circles are better than rows. We Grow: “ We grow better together.” Groups are big deal to us. During our large gatherings we glorify God and celebrate all He is doing in our lives with songs, a message, and stories. We Gather: “ We look forward to gathering.” We love to gather as large and small groups.
